Next we would have some questions about your child so we can find the program that will best support them. This can be done over the phone or we could schedule an in-person meeting. 

After gathering information we would then go over the program and further discuss personal goals for your child. We will have minimal paper work to be filled out that will include child information, contracts and any wavers.

Finally we would review AFU funding, and the length of sessions. We can use the Portal system or a paper RTP (request to pay), send that off and once your child is approved they can start sessions at Barb's Place. 

Now its time for some FUN! We will provide you with monthly schedules and update you on any changes or session cancelations.
